Hike #1- first tracks at Case ❄️ 💙 beautiful! Until I was stalked by a coyote 😬

Recovery run on the 🐹 mill

With Debbie! The new blue blaze reroute adds on quite a bit but still got the time needed- although it was not a full out effort and I was mindful of my hip/knee especially downhill! Lots of mud and lots of fun 🤩 loose rock is not my favorite but I need to learn to run on technical trails again! All in all we got it done ✔️ and continued after to make it a 20 mile day
