No intention to KOM anything today after yesterday's ride with Nathan Hockert  and Jack Ridgway, but like I said 2-3x before: every KOM in the Metro area is up for grabs this year with how strong everyone is. 

I did 2 Men-bruh-ta Time Triangles before doing a few miles with the Angry Catfish's afternoon ride. Said hi to Phil Ensminger, Zach Cohen, Park Walter, and Alexander Furneaux before peeling off back home. 

I brought no additional nutrition and only 1 water bottle. I only had a 5 mph tailwind heading home. I've wanted that KOM for years and figured f*** it... empty the tank. I turned on CARNIVAL in the headphones and just floored it. I was so fricken happy that I started shouting and dancing on on the way home. Some Jedidiah in a Ferd Fteenthousand looked at me like I was nuts... also made my day. 

And in the Twin6 "Ride like lightning, crash like thunder" jersey?! Just... wow. What. A. Year so far and it's only MAY.
