Warm-Up

2nd Canadian overall. A lot of stuff going on in the race! Cramped up hard with last 1500m. Took ~30s to massage the hamstring and thankfully it went away and ran it home.

This was quite the weekend experience especially after Vancouver a few weeks back and testing how the legs felt with a 10km the night before too. As expected, legs did indeed feel it (pretty rough especially 2nd half), but I am happy with this effort to grind it out and test it out. A big thank you to the pacers and the organizers, as well as everyone cheering and congrats to all! :)
