60’ prelim ride

Starting the new year with some intervals.

60’ just a ride, in a garage.

30’ wake-up ride before some chores.

Old School, morning run like the good old days.

Tired today though, but felt like trying to pick it up.
Also, no smartphone for GPR and powermeter, just the Bryton, which tends to read low compared to the smartphone by as much as 10% especially if there are power spikes, like today with a few attacks and what not. Indeed the weighted power is much lower than I would expect given the variability of the effort, hmm, technology...

Just ride f'ing hard a few times a week, get some sleep, ride a lot, drink lots of water, the numbers will take of themselves generally.
