Definitely a course for a long travel XC bike or trail bike. Super rough in so many places. So glad I was on the Trance X, could actually enjoy the downhills and not be beated up 
Heaps of walking and lower gears would not have made it any more ridable (34x50)
Perfect time of year, the Bracken hasnt statted to kean over yet and most of the Gourse is still softish and most importantly, the bogs were pretty good
