Superb job from the boys today. I wasn't feeling particularly great and the course didn't really suit me (very fast and flat) so did a lot of wheel surfing, couldn't offer much at the front.

Luckily Ash, Gary and Dan all brought their A games and all worked really hard to chase down any attacks and also tried a few times to get away. So impressed with all of them!

2 up the road from early on but other than that nobody could make any moves stick so the bunch stayed pretty much together throughout.

I tried a late effort to get on the front, was there for maybe 30s before being swamped. Everyone then sat up but by this point I was fully boxed it. Messy bunch sprint, I was far right on a horrifically bad road surface so couldn't do much at all. 27th on the road, 13th in ORRL (I think).

A very tasty points haul for SWCC in the ORRL, solid effort from all our guys. We are looking strong going into our home race in a few weeks!
