On wheels I glide, not breaking a sweat,  
Two point six K, in a jiffy, you bet!  
With an elevation gain of three, oh so grand,  
I soared like a snail, on sleepy land.  

My heart rate’s a party, at one-four-oh,  
The slowest speed race, a spectacular show!  
Dancing on asphalt, a smooth-wheeled ballet,  
I conquered the pavement, in leisurely sway.  

So here's to my skate, an effortless feat,  
A champion of chill, in my rolly-wheeled seat!
