A brief half-hour escape in the afternoon while working at home.  Cool, not as cold as yesterday, but not as pleasantly sunny either.  Plenty of people out for their afternoon walks on the Djerring Trail, and up near Carnegie, equal numbers who walk on the left as walk on the right.  Bike-bell roulette, ring your bell and watch as half go left, half go right, the other half stay where they are ... then there's a chance they'll change their mind as you pass
