Another incredible day on the bike a busy start but quickly discovered a hidden gem as you can see from the photos. We headed to the big town just for gelato, but we’re impressed with the architecture and energy. This is a place you definitely want to bring your family if you should ever come on a trip like this. Wrapped up the day with an incredible experience, including chilled white wine, which I have discovered is quite possibly the best recovery drink ever.
