Morning Run

Princeton

Saw this route on fkt.com and thought I would give it a crack. The route is called Rhode Island lowest point to highest point. I then ran the extra 3/4 mile to the CT border for fun. I’ll have to calculate my official time later. 
Not the prettiest route imaginable but the middle section along central ave was nice and quiet. 
Technically a self supported effort as I stopped at a coffee shop to buy an apple juice for hydration. Other than that I had 20 ounces of liquid iv, 20 ounces of tailwind, and 4 gels. 
Very hot and humid conditions and some serious hills to contend with. Had early doubts but eventually I settled in and the miles ticked by. This run was a good confidence booster and the longest run on pavement that I have done in a long time.
Post run huevos rancheros at the Seaplane diner was fantastic!
