Zwift - Jarvis Seaside Sprint in Watopia

Stopped for coffee in Woodstock. Down poured for twenty minutes. Good timing for coffee stop. Most of the roads south of the 401 ridden in this ride are really nice to be on! The ride posted today was supposed to be in Europe going up Alpe d Heuz, but my flight with Aer Lengus was canceled after arriving at the terminal. Yesterday turned into a long day trip to Toronto 🙄. Traveling, trying to arrange bike rental or my own bike transport last minute in a small trip window pushed me to cancel for now. Sometimes, it is best to be accepting and not fight the current in life!

1 Can of nestea
6.5 bottles of gatoraid
1 can of coke
1 slice of pizza
1 oh henery bar
1 banana
1 brownie protein bar
1 mini bottle of coke
4 bottles of water
