Modified Hill Route Group Ride

Not sure what's going on here and why my mileage is short but the trail was really twisty and had tons of cutbacks so that may have affected the gps a bit. Happy about the effort. The last couple miles my lower diaphragm and sides started to tighten. The opening 3 miles were pretty flat and mostly grass which made the pace nice but then after mile three the singletrack started and it was quite twisty which slowed things down. Around mile for there was a creek Crossing which kind of surprised me and made my legs feel heavy for a couple miles. Mile seven or so was littered with down trees which felt like a steeple chase. Miles eight and nine were really back and forth and up and down in some low laying brush, I felt like a wide receiver running corner routes for a while. There were some sections of the course that were flatter and I could open up more, on those sections I was able to carry 5:40's which felt nice. Overall nice race and course.
