Foot off the gas on the back half. The last 2.5 out and first 2.5 back is way harder than the rest 😂 Glad to find this trail. Stunning. Lots of overgrowth and some mud, but follows the river and has some nice technical bits with some sweet, mossy bridges. Also, cool covered bridge at the start/finish! Big mileage this week. If I’m hurt in two weeks, you know why. Original title: Today is just a reflection of what I feel inside.
