21/12/2025 Ashford Fordbridge Park - bit wet and bit tired but got through
20/12/2025 Staines Sortie Session on a towpath - what better for goal pace :) 8x2m Hard, 1m jog. Not bad. Still finding feet again. VF4 again good for sessions.
18/12/2025 Sunbury almost in the sun ! Felt best have felt on an “easy easy” run (well steady) for ages. EVO SL think was just wrong on - nice under toes sponge don’t get in say VN4

17/12/2025 Claygate - first session back after fall - 5x3m, 60s. Not bad bit rusty and bit stiff but got through it. Tried Deviate Nitro Elite 3 again - not bad either although not my fav racer.
