Treadmill Run

Up Nellie Creek Road with Bayden, Kieran, and Will. First 4 miles up the road was decent but not really pushing it. Then we got to the trailhead and decided to put in an honest effort. Finally the last 700 vertical feet I picked up the effort to keep it solid and to run yo-yoing with Kieran to the summit. 

BTW: Cole Campbell  was not with us.   Sad! 

After about a 10 minute hangout on the cloudy, windy, and cold summit I started down again to warm up. Tried to run consistent effort, solid but not killing it. Great day out there!
