It was a pretty surreal moment. 

Deer was casually eating grass on the right side of the road up ahead. But it got flustered and decided to jump right into the road as I was coming by 🤦🏻‍♂️

Both deer and I are fine.

Aborted the ride and biked home gingerly with some elbow cuts and butt bruises. Very thankful for a solid helmet today 🙏🏼
