Anyway, love riding out here. Cut it short by 18 miles or so.
Only goal was doing a 20min effort (274w) on Wolf Gap - paced it conservatively. Focused on power today. Started at 250w for a few minutes and went up from there. Target was 270+ and got that. RPE 9.5 by the end but it still hurt a good amount. 280+ avg on a good day maybe.
I figured it out though! I just need stronger legs. 🤣
Can count on my fingers how many cars I passed in total this morning.
Animals are a way bigger danger in the early morning than cars haha.
