Think I lost nearly all the salt in my body on that first effort.  90% humidity.

2X10-ish thresh/suprathresh.  Camel’s hump road is perfect for intervals….nice steady grade and bridges to keep track of where you are.  Stage road nice lil’ step climb.  Some of my personal best training efforts.

Next time will bring the roadie for some paved stuff.
