Just get up and run...its not that hard........i beg to differ...nice to be out.
Fuck.....that felt good, with long inclines, pauses for cars, but great and much needed....man ive missed running soo much.

Waiting for spine consultant but allowed to do gentle run......sooo.......gentle run completes, but stopping to move for cars at times
