Good run round to Crail - nice when it's quiet. New road :) cutting the corner from the Anstruther road towards the Cheese Farm. Felt the breeze going up Arncroach. Muddy roads to Woodside. Over to Cupar, then a bit of effort going up to Higham Toll. I hadn't put a time on a few segments that way and that was the goal.

A triathlon going on in town this morning, passed a bunch of riders heading up the Grange.

Wind light - 5mph N/NW.
