Had the fastest bike split today which is great, bike fitness and volume has been lower than it should be but was still able to push and get some good aero work in on the flats. A good technical tough course to ride, legs felt really crappy for the first 8-9 miles but then started feeling strong and had a good second half of the ride. Wanted to hammer the second climb but used common sense and stayed controlled which I’m sure helped the run
