Making some adjustments to how I manage my own workouts plus Jenny’s and Jess’s. 

I was overzealous with my estimate of current HM fitness. Breaks were needed. Tried to maintain consistent effort on inclines not taking into account humidity. 

Life stuff: slept hard, but not long enough. Raising teenagers is hard. Food is okay, but could be better. Making sure to eat right after runs. Either a smoothie or a banana. Working on drinking lots of water throughout the day.

Left shoulder still hurt badly yesterday. To the point where I was going to call in a favor at Spero. Sunday's run was really concerning. After ~a mile I was wincing on every stride. Today I could feel the shoulder, but didn't cause wincing. A few miles in I forgot about the shoulder. I'll give it another day and see if it's an actually injury or just a niggle.
