As now can't reveal the mystery of tomorrow, but in passing will grow older every day 🌫️

Only just over 4km rather than 5km; tried to go a bit faster for the last lap so balanced that effort with a shorter run. Don’t want to push the Achilles too much / see how it responds.

Achilles pain watch:

Start of the run: 4 as I got going again
During the run: Between 1 and 2
End of the run: Between 1 and 2
After the run: 0.5
