Lunch Run

Dry ingredients:
.8:1 fructose:dextrose
2% high-methoxy pectin powder (already a combination of sucrose/pectin/citric acid)
0.5% sodium alginate
1% sodium chloride

Added water to 21% total mass

Tasted fine. A bit grainy though- could have used a bit more water. Got 188g of dry mix in this Gu container, approximately 180g carbs=720calories. Only had a few squeezes though. Stuff is DENSE.

Working on running hard uphill, easy everywhere else. Felt pretty good today! Although couldn’t get into my speedlands due to blisters from Sunday’s race
