Lowlight: the ~7 mile of ~160 aqi that included a very slow 750 ft climb, also turns out wetsuits get heavier when wet.

Overall absolutely awesome adventure and totally relentless picnic. Full breakdown is 17 hours 53 minutes, 101 miles, 14900 ft of ascent. Divided into 2.2 miles of swimming 86.9 miles of biking, and 11.9 miles of running with 20+ pitches of climbing ranging from 5.4 to 5.7
