Morning Run

Official Chip Time 3:30:03.

Went out with the 3:15 Pace group and felt really good through half and kept up with them till 18. Averaged about 7:20 pace till then. Thats when I started falling off the group and once I did that coupled with the strong winds of the north shore, I started walking and that quickly became a death march. By the end I was able to hold longer jogs but it was not a fun last 8 miles. I knew my pace was ambitious and I'm glad I went for it but I can't wait to find my next marathon and do better.
