Ahh yes, 80 degree temps we meet again

The Japanese have Ekiden whilst the Americans have cross-country road trips

It is time for a National Convention regarding whether runners should or should not give warning when passing

Original plan was 5:25avg out then cut down on the way back, but first mile was quicker than it felt so just kind of rolled. Breathing felt controlled so a little surprised by HR. Good first true road workout though
