Time Mangement🫣

Back in 2020, Josh and I sat atop Copper. Two other humans came up the backside of Copper. They told us they had come up from Mt. Rose. What?? I had no idea these peaks had trails connecting them. 

And so I started dreaming of this route. I went to the internets to see if it was feasible. This is when I discovered that while I had been dreaming Mathias Eichler and Scott Michie had already done it - the Cushman 6.  

Their gpx route has been sitting on my phone for four years. I attempted this once before, but got off route early and couldn’t come back from it. 

Today, was both lovely and terrible. Things fell apart on the descent from Copper. My ankle was not having it. In addition I had my fill of devil’s club, stinging nettle, and falling. I just wanted to be off those mountains. I’m glad I got to be there today. I had a lot of fun until I didn’t😂
