The old stomping grounds

Directly after ski touring 5k on Hood. Didn't eat much in between. The "fun" kind of hard where I flirted with my lactate threshold the whole way. Almost all of my training this year has been at or below AeT so cool to see what my engine is like. Broke my Leki carbon trail pole less than a mile in 😩. My bandage that I wasn't supposed to take off ended up peeling off after repeatedly whacking it with brush for 7 miles. Thought I had stitches but they stapled my leg back together 😬
