Zwift - 3x2 min Vo2 Max on Lutscher CCW in Innsbruck
it’s freezing and the roads are all black ice. Twin lakes trail is not plowed. Had to run on road and with snow melt the bike lane is 50-50 black ice. Didn’t fall but did some scooby doo at times.
