ok, thought id give Rosedale chimney a second bash as I was going past....went off far too hard and thought better of it!...then garmin tried to have me over...farm track to littlebeck?..no thanks!  Then wanted me to cross a 3ft deep ford..fuck right off!  That meant a 4mile climb detour into gales on the moors!...Got to say, since Monday I feel massively stronger..still had a fair bit in the tank! :-)
