Some days are just a shit show lol. I‘ve only climbed Hope with snow before so I wasn’t really certain what it would be like dry. Going up, I think I stayed in the scree more and should have just stayed ridge proper. Going down, I stayed too long on the other ridge and had to cut over lol. Then I took a dusty switchback too fast and scraped my knee. Took a few seconds to be a drama queen 👸and throw an Erin tantrum. Then I sucked it up and kept trotting down because that is showbiz baby. Of course I ate it right next to backpackers. Proves my theory that I can be cruising all day but the moment I see other people they throw off my ~vibes~. Hope this didn’t fuck up my already fucked up knee even more. Def goes faster and will probably try it again in the future but this is the fastest women’s time up and down Hope right now by a long shot.
