a lady on the lady, a pawn to the queen, a tiny human on the mother mountain. The last time I did keyhole standard (w/no shortcuts) it took 7 hours, mostly bc I thought I was going to fall off the narrows and die. Today, 6 years later, i was hoping for sub 4 on a good day. To go 3:35 is something this once nervous new runner could not have fathomed. A full circle treat to be one with the queen for a moment in time ✨👑 
Women’s FKT on keyhole standard route: 3:35:39 (overall, unsupported) 

*nice confidence booster 3 weeks from pikes and a fun challenge to continually hone my skills on a mountain that’s taught me so much. Some mild nausea starting at the top until finish, not sure if the new UD shorts were too tight or altitude or too much gel..just happy I managed to hold it down
