The second stage was a much better day. I ran consistently at the start and aimed to maintain my pace all the way through. The steep and long section of power hiking wasn't that much fun for me and a lot of the descending was too technical and long, but I held it together well. I could have done much better along the ridge and gained some more time if I descended faster. A good day, but still lots of opportunity to improve.
