Started at target madness, faded a little and probably (okay.. guaranteed) didn't snack enough from about 20km on which led to that painful falloff.

But still.. 3:42 😁and new PRs for any distance 10k and up.. got a bunch of notes too and i _feeel_ like i've got some easy wins to get sub 3:30 for next time^ on a similar track. 

^ i'm waiting til after any kind of endorphins wear off before registering. Not gonna let stupid happy brain sign me up for this again. Yes 🧠. I'm talking about you.
