Wow this route is so fun and beautiful, but very hard on the body. It is not a trail run lol. You are either running on steep slick rock or deep sand or through washes. My poor hip flexors. I had been to Druid Arch before with Jen, but this was my first time doing the full tour. Pictures do not capture the scale of just how massive Druid Arch is. First hour was reasonable temp then got very hot. Could definitely do route much faster now that I know my route-finding mistakes. If you have never listened to Ganges Delta Blues by Ry Cooder while romping through the desert I guarantee you a spiritual experience.
