Fun times today
Rest days are working well for me, as I can refuel the body and top glycogen off making the weeks rides feel good. I do want to do some form of activity sometimes to avoid sleepy legs for the first hour or so. I notice that when I taper or rest my legs. My legs are sleepy for the first ride or few rides within the first hour or so. 
I think I will only ride everyday  if volume is over 15-18 hours depending on how long I want my long ride to be on Saturday or Sunday.
