Hoped that a chill ride would help me continue getting over things...but I was coughing up a storm during the opening 10 miles of chill pace. Then tried laying down a hard effort to see if that would change things...still coughing. Back to chill pace...still coughing. Another effort...still coughing. BUT...stopping for Wonderland Overlooks view...that put an end to the coughing for a bit!
