1st run in VA 😊

Started at 4:45 am at Norbeck trailhead (CT89 southern terminus). Stopped just after Samelius trailhead around 6:45 pm. Just over 41 miles (according to Avenza). Got a little off track just before dawn because I was listening to the elk bugle instead of paying attention to the trail. Backtracked to where I missed the turn I needed. Couldn’t have asked for better weather! Decent water all day, no long carries. Cowboy camping tonight.
