Seems like the hard work is paying off. Down around 25lbs and stronger with good endurance. I don't have that CX level of short intensity but I feel like I have about 90% of that...all day. 

Conti Terra Speed 700 X 45s with 24 psi was a little squishy on the road but pretty sure that's going to be my gravel pressure next weekend. New Shimano shoes are a serious game changer for me, I can't believe I've been dealing with foot pain for so long.
