LONDON CHAMPIONSHIP QUALIFICATION ✅

Serious mixed emotions currently, delighted to achieve my goal of sub 2:38 to secure London Championship line next year, but disappointed how it unfolded. 

Went off and felt strong through 28kms, passing halfway in 1:17, but the legs struggled after that and it was a grind to the end.

Maybe I set off too quick, maybe the conditions got to me, either way I’ll be proud of this moment and celebrate the positives!

Left it all out there, I’ll just do it a bit better in Valencia 💪🏼 

Thanks to all the support I’ve had, both on the day and during the run up, it’s been a real help 😘
