Car retrieval run. Feel much better than I did at park run. Could run all day this pace if my legs didnt hurt as much🤣Only 7 days until I am a cyclist again.
Getting effing slower. Felt total dog shit. Park run
So called progressive run. Not a clue what that means just did it. Feel crap and minging.
