Well that was really hard. 
6:44 Ascent ✅ - 11:20 RT ✅
Lost a lot of time across the board.. had explosive diarrhea right around BC, 5mins there. Got lost in the fog, maybe 2 mins. Dropped sunglasses after Camp 1 and realized a bit up the way, 10+mins there. 
On the way down there was a TON of traffic in the worst places possible. Lost close to 75mins there. 
Also, I haven’t been above 5800m in over 2.5 weeks so I really felt the altitude today. 
All in all, I’m happy. That’s it for my Himalayan season.
