tl;dr My Wahoo Kickr Bike under reports power by 100%-150%, and it's by design...

I've been going back and forth with Wahoo, so they had me do a few tests on the bike to look at the logs. They found my torque exceeds the motor's 288Nm limit doing standing starts. While it has the capacity to measure up to 2,000W, it can’t do it with high torque at low cadences. 

Additionally, since cadence is needed to measure power, it's limited to 155 rpm and my cadence is 200+. Which means power at high cadences is also inaccurate. 

So, Wahoo for (ex) track sprinters is a big boohoo from a data perspective. Wish their marketing were more upfront about this.
