Very swirley/turbulent winds.  Started off tired, first 5 days of bike messenging was tough!  Thats alot of hours on the bike, plus commute to/fro!  Either way, first really nice warm day of the season and after a week of bike messengering I was VERY happy to get off the tank/messenger bike and back on the "fast" bike to ride for mile after mile!  I had no speedometer, I just paced by feel... I like using the droid app for this, gets me back to the basics but still records the data for later review.  Lots of great efforts here, felt great once I got going and made sure to stay on top of nutrition.
