Easy miles. Definitely sore from lifting yesterday! Realized later in the day after this run that it’s technically an FKT for the Sea to Sky (to Sea!) route, lol - guess we’re calling it 2:28:15 😂 Took about three minutes at the summit to look around - such a nice view ☺️

Forgot my inhaler and could have used it out there. Put down 160 cals Skratch, 250 cals Roctane drank, and 360 cals Precision gel, so ~75g carbs per hour. Drank 64 oz of fluids.
