Do this ride … you’ll thank me later! Just absolutely stunning.  Starting with the ride along the coast to Pigeon Point Lighthouse, then inland on Gazos Creek Road.  When you get to the fork in the road with Gazos going right and Coverdale going left, go right!  This 8 mile (4 each way) out and back stretch is at the top of my list of most beautiful rides in the world.  Ancient redwood forest with other multicolored-leafed trees, a blanket of leaves surrounding you, Gazos Creek curling along next to you, and almost no one in sight.  The road ends at a mountain camp, but still, this is not to be missed!  We also stopped at in Pescadero at the taqueria on the corner, and it was excellent!  Also has 10 picnic tables outside so great for cyclists gathering 😉. Such a good day.
