Did this today instead of tomorrow to get an extra day of rest for clubs - not the ideal way to rest for it but given I could do this 6 days after last Saturday’s workout, hopefully is a good sign for how I can recover in 8 days?

Was originally going to workout at Hains then after arriving realized how windy it was and decided to pivot to Beach Drive. Worked out well for the tempo but had a longer cooldown and shorter warmup (and additional mile total) than I would have liked.

Kind of a weird workout since I wasn’t as “locked in” as I normally would like to be for one like this, I think from doing this on a Friday instead of the weekend. So was kind of going through the motions, guess it’s a good sign that it was still a good result though, esp in windy conditions

Legs felt ok at the end of the cooldown, Alphafly’s less so (tore the foam while taking them off)
