Lovely little spin with Madison McCaffrey and the boys. Big thanks to Clement Lu for the leadout into the Yahley Mill.

Overall 2024 was my best year on the bike yet, really got into proper structured training and saw huge fitness gains. Got a nice new bike. Survived a TNW. Hit my goal on Thunder Ridge. Got caught in 2 severe thunderstorms. Biked to and from Cville and NoVa (totalling ~670 miles over 5 rides). Participated in my first cyclocross race. And enjoyed closed to 11000 miles indoors and out.

Next year's goals:
280 up Thunder Ridge (ideally sub 1hr)
Take at least one turn at TNW and not get dropped 
Cyclocross (have fun and do more than 1 race)
