Oof that climb up cold knob is steep! If I did it again, might’ve left more gas for the relatively flatter part at the end. 

~150g CHO total, about 90-100 in first hour then realized I didn’t have enough for a 2:30 run

Also came across multiple pileated woodpeckers pecking away on Hardtimes connector — my favorite bird. Caught one on video.
